B. Participation

1. How can you participate in the sweepstakes?
   1. Follow us on Instagram @indesfuggerhaustextil
   2. Like our sweepstakes post
   3. Mark someone in the comments who would also be happy to win the prize
   4. Share the post in your story for an extra ticket and tag us @indesfuggerhaustextil
2. Determining the winner
   1.  The winner will be determined by a random draw among all participants after the participation deadline. Only participants who have correctly completed the tasks (see Section B 1) will be entered into the draw.
3. How do you find out about your winnings? How do you receive your winnings?
   1. If you win, you will be notified by us via direct message. For further communication, we will need your email address, and for the shipment of your prize, your postal address.
   2. You have one (1) week to contact us. If this period expires, your prize will be forfeited.
4. Eligibility Requirements
   1. Only natural persons who are at least 18 years old may participate.
   2. Excluded are employees of Indes Fuggerhaus Textil GmbH and employees of the A.S. Création group.
5. Usage rights
   1. We would be delighted if we could celebrate crossing the 1,000 follower milestone with you as the winner. As part of the prize fulfillment, we will ask for your usage rights.
   2. If you consent, you grant us the right to use your Instagram profile name or your company name and to link your Instagram account to our Instagram account. (Right of use)
   3. The right of use is granted free of charge and for an unlimited period. You can revoke the right of use, in whole or in part, at any time. Send your revocation to: service@tapetenshop.de The revocation is only valid for the future.
6. Responsible person and legal information
   1. The responsible party is Indes Fuggerhaus Textil GmbH, Eichendorffstraße 2, 51709 Marienheide, Germany.
   2. The prize will not be paid out in kind. Legal recourse is excluded.
